AIESEC has 62 years of experience in developing high-potential youth into globally minded responsible leaders.
Present in over 110 countries and territories and with over 50,000 members, AIESEC is the world's largest youth-run organization. Focused on providing a platform for youth leadership development, AIESEC offers young people the opportunity to participate in international internships, experience leadership and participate in a global learning environment. What makes AIESEC unique is the youth driven impactful experience that it offers to its members. AIESEC is run by young people for young people, enabling a strong experience to all its stakeholders.

About ILC
Iberoamerican Leadership Congress is the annual regional conference in which selected members of AIESEC in many countries come together to build common strategies, acquire leadership tools and discuss issues relevant to their communities, developing strategic perspective not only regarding the association, but also about the challenges faced by their countries. This event meets more than 300 delegates of different 18 countries in the IGN.
The past few years have been in: Colombia, El Salvador, Venezuela, Brazil, Mexico, Spain Guatemala, and Peru. Puerto Rico is proud of being the next host of the Iberoamerican Leadership congress.
